APC submits design review application for senior housing

Following a reuse assessment that included exploratory demo, our engineers and design team concluded that the buildings could not be appropriate rehabbed and so we launched a new design process, requested and sought approval from the city to demolish the building and designed a space for 100 units of permanent supportive housing. We have now submitted that design review application to the City and will post here when it is scheduled to come before the planning board.
