Judge dismisses CEQA lawsuit

A CEQA lawsuit filed by the “Friends of Crab Cove” has been dismissed in Superior Court, the Judge having found there was no merit to their petition.  Having prevailed, the Center is rapidly moving forward on the permitting phase in hopes of breaking ground early next year.  A copy of the Judges’ dismissal is  here: Court Order
