APC Submits Environmental Analysis to Dept. of Health and Human Services

Today, APC submitted an Environmental Analysis to the Dept. of Health and Human Services for the McKay Ave. Project.

Submission of the EA was the last step necessary prior to entering into a lease for the property. Site control will enable APC to take over maintenance and security of the site, ensuring that it doesn’t become blighted while the design and financing stage of the project is completed.

A copy of the Environmental Assessment is available for public review and comment.
