APC Selects Mercy Housing as Development Partner

After an extensive outreach and due diligence process, APC has selected Mercy Housing as its development partner for the project. Mercy has extensive experience in housing and service development for low-income and homeless individuals and families. One of the deciding factors in selecting them was a visit to one of their newer properties – Mission Creek Senior Facility, seen in the picture above.
