Alameda County Approves initial funding for Senior Housing and Medical Respite Center

The Alameda County Board of Supervisors has approved a grant of $690,000 from the Heath Care Services Administration for the Senior Housing and Medical Respite Center. The funds will be used for early pre-development costs and to maintain the site viability during development.
